In advance: carry a notarised passport copy instead of the original, an alternative civilian service (AGS) application and copies of deferment papers. Give family a power of attorney and Gosuslugi access.
If stopped, show your document but don't let go of it. Refusing to show documents can be treated as disobeying the police (art. 19.3 CAO). Write down names and positions. Film only if it will not lead to being detained by force. Sign nothing except a summons for another date.
At the police station, ask for the detention and transfer records, refuse to be taken to the enlistment office, stay in touch with family and share your location.
At the enlistment office or assembly point, human rights groups advise filing an AGS application with a receipt stamp and objecting in writing to the draft board's decision. Refusing the medical board also carries risks: reportedly a fine under art. 21.6 CAO, so check with a lawyer. Decide this with Call to Conscience before a raid, not during one.
